Two plans, priced per person
Your first 50 invoices are free, lifetime. After that it's $19 a month for the first person and $5 for each person after, with unlimited invoices, quotes, orders, stock, attachments and API calls.
OrderDen is for one person or a few who make things on desktop and benchtop machines: 3D printing and laser shops, apparel decorators, sign and sticker makers, electronics and kit makers, and candle makers.

Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. You're billed from the day you subscribe, not the 1st of the month. Every workspace starts on Free, with no card and no trial period.

What we mean by unlimited
Every limit that applies, stated here instead of in the small print.
Seats
A seat is a person who can sign in, or an invitation you've sent that hasn't been accepted yet. Every role uses one: owner, admin, member, viewer and accountant. Free has one seat. On Unlimited every seat is paid for: $19 a month for the first and $5 for each one after, with no cap on how many you add.
Storage
Attachments are unlimited. Each file can be up to 10 MB, and a workspace can upload 300 files an hour. Fair use is 200 GB per workspace. Past it, we get in touch instead of cutting anything off.
API
The REST API is on both plans, with no monthly quota. Each key can make 60 requests a minute on Free and 300 on Unlimited, to catch a runaway script. A workspace can have up to 10 API keys and 10 webhook endpoints.
Questions, answered
- What does "50 invoices, lifetime" mean?
- It's the total number of invoices a free workspace can ever raise, not 50 a month. There's no reset and nothing to top up. Quotes, orders, credit notes, purchases, clients, items, stock, projects and time are unlimited on Free too. Invoices are the only thing counted.
- Can I start a second free workspace?
- No. Free is one workspace per person. If you own one on Free, move it to Unlimited before you start another. Being invited into other people's workspaces doesn't count, whatever plan they're on.
- I'm moving in with two years of history. Does that use up the 50?
- No. Invoices you import come in as opening balances, which never count. They have to be dated before you created the workspace. Bring in everything you're still owed on day one, on Free, and you still have all 50.
- How does the seat price work?
- $19 a month for the first person and $5 a month for each person after, so three people is $29 and ten is $64. A pending invitation takes a seat from the moment you send it. Every role uses a seat, including your bookkeeper.
- What happens if I add someone partway through the month?
- You buy a seat for them first, and we charge it right away, prorated for the rest of the period. From the next renewal it's one full-price line per seat. Invite whoever you like into a seat you've bought; a seat you remove isn't credited.
- What's unlimited, exactly?
- Invoices, quotes, orders, credit notes, purchases, expenses, clients, contacts, items, stock, locations, projects, time entries, shipments, attachments and API calls. On the paid plan, nothing is counted except people. The rate limits above still apply.
- Is storage really unlimited?
- Yes, within fair use of 200 GB per workspace. Each file can be up to 10 MB, and a workspace can upload 300 files an hour. Past 200 GB we get in touch. We don't block uploads or delete anything for going over.
- Is the API included?
- Yes, on both plans, with no monthly request quota. The one limit is a rate: 60 requests a minute per key on Free and 300 on Unlimited, to catch a runaway script.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay 10 months for 12, about 17% off, on every seat: $190 a year for the first person and $50 for each person after. Switch either way from Account & Billing, and we charge or credit the prorated difference right away. You're billed from the day you subscribed, not the 1st.
- Do the prices include sales tax?
- No, they exclude it. Checkout works out whether tax applies from your billing address and adds it before you pay, and renewals work the same way. Your invoices and receipts show the tax on its own line.
- How do I cancel?
- Account & Billing opens the billing portal. Canceling keeps the plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves the workspace to Free. Canceling deletes nothing: the invoices you've raised stay readable, printable and editable. Free's limits apply again, counting every invoice you've raised so far, so you'd notice when you go to raise invoice 51.
